Information We Collect

We collect and store only information provided by you. We typically do not collect and store any information that may be offered by the device used to access USys, but those information may be used, at the instance of accessing USys, to tailor and customise the delivery of content for a better experience.

Information Storage

All servers used for the provision of USys are located in Singapore, and managed by our internal team. We do not employ third-party server management firms, but we may in future, grant monitored access to IT security audit firms. Information provided to USys may be stored permanently in databases, or temporarily in file-based sessions. Browser-based cookies are used to identify users and associate them with their temporary session information. Users on non-personal devices are advised to logout from USys and clear their browser at the end of each session, or start a new session in the browser's "Incognito/Private" window.

Use of Information

Information collected and stored are used solely by you and other employees with the necessary access rights. We do not work with third-party data providers, nor are we in the business of reselling information.

Encryption

We do not encrypt all information stored in the database, deploying instead a "as-needed" policy. Data related to your account that may potentially be used for unauthorised access to your account is encrypted prior to storage. The choice of one-way or two-way encryption is dependent on our assessment of the need to decrypt data.

We will comply with any law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, including but not limited to any civil or criminal subpoena or court order. As this Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use, any disputes involving you and us that relate to privacy or the use of your information, and that arise out of or are related to this Privacy Policy or USys, will be subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including but not limited to any provisions in our Terms of Use regarding liability limitation, choice of law and venue, and dispute resolution.
